Cash-Based Practice

Galene Health is a cash-based clinic and does not accept insurance at this time.

This model allows us to:

  • Spend more time with each patient

  • Develop individualized, in-depth care plans

  • Foster genuine collaboration between patient and provider​

​

We believe that working outside the constraints of insurance reimbursement gives us the freedom to focus on what matters most—your health, your time, and your story.

All services are self-pay and payment is due at the time of service. We can provide superbills upon request if you wish to seek potential reimbursement from your insurance independently.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life is unpredictable and schedules may change. However, out of respect for our providers’ time and other patients on our waiting list, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  • Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will not be refunded their deposit

  • Missed (no-show) appointments will also not be refunded their deposit

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be refunded their deposit

​

This policy ensures we can maintain the time and flexibility needed to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
